He is survived by: his children, Brian Roark of Cincinnati and Karla Mills (John) of Camden, OH; his sister Darlene Holbrook of Hamilton, OH; his stepchildren, Susan Deluca, Ray Gage, Amy Sizemore and Daryl Talley; and his grandson Joshua Gage. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
