He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Henry and Hazel Faye Cook Moller; his former wife Theresa Elam; and his sisters, Donna Moller and Nancy Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Collins Moller; his children, Josh Moller of Dry Ridge, Natasha West (Brandon) of Dry Ridge and Catherine Moller of Dry Ridge; his stepson David Elam of Jonesville; his siblings, William Moller of Dry Ridge, Danny Moller of Dry Ridge, James Moller of Flandreau, SD, Jiman Hilligas of Corinth and Linda Moller of Dry Ridge; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Moller, Jensen Moller, Savannah Stewart, Raven West, Brycen West and Maverick West.
