He is survived by: his parents, Eric Barnett of Covington and Heather Nelson Barnett of Burlington; his sister Brittany Nelson of Burlington; his grandparents, Pam Barnett of Covington, Kevin Jackson of Covington, Gene and Debbie Nelson of Dry Ridge; his great-grandparents, Amy Barnett and Libby Exterkamp of Dry Ridge; his nephew Amadeus Nelson of Covington; and his cousin Synthia Nelson.
