He is survived by: his son Steven Bradley Johnson (Dena) of Dry Ridge, KY; his sister Nancy Rodgers of Butler, KY; and his granddaughters, Sabrina Nicole Bedard (Chad), Whitney Michelle Johnson and Mallory Hope Johnson.
