She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Burgess and Jennie Evans Burgess; her daughter Stephanie Rose; and her siblings, James Burgess, Lucille Fritz (Willie), Jewell Rose Schulte (Robert) and Beulah Hedges (Kline).
She is survived by: her children, Staci Owen of Dry Ridge and Steve Owen (Dawn) of Berea; her brother Bobby Burgess (Kathy) of Dry Ridge; her son-in-law Gary Rose of Crittenden; and her grandchildren, Joshua Rose, Jennie Rose, Ashley Owen, Lane Owen and London Owen.
