He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilton Collins and Tressie Clevenger Collins; his daughter Elizabeth Darnell Collins Crum; and his siblings, Ray Keens and Janette Pruitt.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Stewart Collins; his children, James "Bimbo" Collins of Printer, Charles Ray Collins of Printer, Ethan Tyler Collins of Drift, Kentucky, Katlin Collins of Drift, Belinda Hall of Mousie and Stacy Short of Paintsville, Kentucky; and his brother Paul Collins of Drift, Kentucky. He is also survived by Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.
