He is survived by: his wife Janet Leigh DeRossett Hall; his children, David Warren Hall of Lexington, KY, Robert Steven Hall (Melinda) of McDowell, KY and Audra Leigh Hall Engle (Brandon) of Lexington, KY; and his grandson Robert Hayden Hall.
