She is survived by: her daughter Shana Dawn Holt Mitchell of Minnie, KY; her siblings, Dr. Denver "Dickie" Tackett (Cathi) and Connie Tackett Ayala (Arnold) of Nicholasville, KY; her grandchildren, Brittney Lafferty (Larry), Tyler, Shayla and Casey Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Rylan, Lexus and Callie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
