She is survived by: her son Greg Horn of Richmond, Kentucky; and her stepchildren, Glen Thornsberry of Plymouth, Eddie Thornsberry of Kite, Timothy Thornsberry of Whitesburg, Loretta Combs of Kite and Rosetta Gayheart of Shelby, Ohio. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren & 14 Great Grandchildren.
