He is survived by: his wife Mary Hall Tackett; his children, Kyle Tackett (Caitlyn) of Drift, KY, Brandon Carroll of Printer, KY, Tyler Carroll (Morgan) of Washington and Victoria Howell (Thomas) of McDowell, KY; his siblings, Gary Tackett (Vicky) of MArion, OH, Carolyn Belcher of Paintsville, KY and Diana Pratt (James) of Hindman, KY; his brother-in-law Larry Thornsberry of Martin, KY; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Sophia, Ayden, Izabella "Bella", Dawson and Addilyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
