She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hargus and Juanita Blackburn (Clevenger); her son Casey Collins; and her siblings, Larry Blackburn, Janalene Nichols and Cleaetta Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Adam Maynard (Stephanie) of Winns Branch and Jessica Lowe (Tobbie) of Raccoon, KY; and her siblings, Dwayne of Pikeville, KY, Harold of Pikeville, KY, Sterling Blackburn of Pikeville, KY, Jodi Lynch of Alabama, Dixie Stanley of Pikeville, KY, Marietta Daniels of Pikeville, KY, Pauletta Dale of Pikeville, KY and Katie Blackburn of Pikeville, KY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Community Funeral Home (4902 Zebulon Hwy, Raccoon, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
