He is survived by: his daughter Renea Tackett of Drift; his brother Donnie Jack Phipps of Elkhorn City; his stepdaughter Olivia Glazier (James) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Ashley Prater (Chris), Thomas Tackett and Austin Shelton; his great grandchildren, Brayden Prater and Hudson Prater; and his stepgranddaughter Brooke Glazier.
