He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Brown and Enda Newman Brown; his wife Beulah Fraley Brown; and the mother of his children Kandi Brown. He is survived by: his children, Robert Brown of McDowell, Kentucky and Lena Kay Brown of Kernersville; his stepsons, Marvin Matney of Wisconsin and Mark Matney of North Carolina; and his siblings, Willis Brown of McDowell, Kentucky, Gregory "Mike" Brown of McDowell, Kentucky, Joyce Richards of Middletown, Violet Slone of McDowell and Gloria Hamilton of Middletown, Ohio. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren & 4 Great Grandchildren.
