She is survived by: her husband Paul Howard Collins; her sons, Ray Collins and Jason Collins (Jessica) of Clarksville, TN; her siblings, Vernal Turner of Garrett, KY, Sherb Turner of Berlin Heights, OH, Fonetta Boyd of Vermillion, OH, Lana Leach of Vermillion, OH, Jeanette Hoover of Wayne, MI, Linda Prater of Wayne, MI and Violet Rowe of McHenry, IL; and her grandchildren, Braxton Martin and Mackenzie Collins.
