He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbern Conn and Hamilton Conn of Tennessee; his wife Mary Cooley Conn; his children, Delbert Meade, Veleda Jo Levy and Deborah Bentley; and his sisters, Lorie Risner, JoAnn Lafferty, Lexie Stephens and Rosie Hyden.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Conn (Katrina) of Milton, FL, Catherine Kidd (Ricky) of Drift, KY, Charolette Keathley and Kisstin Scott of Berea, KY; and his siblings, Troy Conn of David Conn, Marcellene Hyden, Linda Martin of Louisville and Eunice Samons of Martin, KY. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
