He is survived by: his wife Anna Piper Groves; his children, Brandon Groves, Chris Groves (Tanya), Michael Groves (Chelsie) and Brittanie Nix; and his siblings, Floyd Groves, Windle Groves, Charlotte Groves, April Travis and Wanda Travis. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
