He was predeceased by: his wife Susan L Pendley; his father Rev. Carl Pendley; and his nephew Matthew Libs. He is survived by: his mother Maymee Pendley; his sister Karyl Lu Libs (Phillip) of Versailles, KY; his brother-in-law Robin Wolfe (Vicky) of Beechmont; and his nephews, Adam Libs (Marina) of Boulder Colorado, Kris Wolfe (Kelsey) of Owensboro and Matthew Wolfe (Christine) of Bremen.
