She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Gaines; and her brother Victor Gaines. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Pendley; her children, Darci Wester (Jeremy) and Spencer Owens (Kristen); her grandchildren, Chandler, Carys, Owen, Brantson and Baylor; her mother Ruby Gaines Johnson; and her siblings, Reda Casebier (Scott), Alton Gaines (Lisa) and Rodney Gaines (Meredith).
