She is survived by: her sons, Tony Willoughby Jr. and Dennis Willoughby; and her siblings, Barbara Vincent (Kenneth), Robert Holland, Gordon Holland, Kenny and Missy Shelton. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
