He is survived by: his wife Ondria Morris Revlett; his children, Sierra Avery (Thomas), Brittany Pentecost (Dustyn), Hunter Revlett and Presley Revlett; his grandchildren, Pasynn Pentecost, Spencer Avery, Axten Pentecost, Cruz Pentecost, Maverick Avery, Olivia Martin and Nolan Revlett; his parents, Jimmie Revlett and Dorothy Revlett; and his brother Duane Revlett (Melissa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
