She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Davis; and her daughter Patricia Smiley. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Durbin of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Erica, Nicole, Samantha, Trey and Kali; her great grandchildren, Dallas, Emorie and Madelyn; and her close friend Baby.
