He is survived by: his wife Destiny Dunn Gregory; his mother Brenda Gregory of Drakesboro; his siblings, Amanda Storm (Kyler) of Beech Creek, April Gregory of Central City, Aaryn Gregory of Beech Creek, Robert Caron of Riverside, CA, Timmy Caron of Redding, CA, Bradley Gregory of Central City and Byron Gregory of Central City; his uncle Jeffrey Gregory; and his nieces, Alaynna Storm, Olivia Storm and Kya Gregory.

A burial was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM and at 12:45 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330).
