He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Neil Ward and Nora Lee Ward; his daughter Heather Nell Ward; and his sisters, Rosa Lee Dennis, Dianna Kay Zimmerman, Mary Dean Tate and Barbara Neil Vaught.
He is survived by: his sons, Randall Lewis Ward (Stephanie) of Drakesboro and Timothy Aaron Ward of Tacoma, WA; his sisters, Teresa Brand (Kim) and Alisa Chambers; his grandchildren, Randall Lewis Ward II, Alexia Jade Ward, Celina Marie Ward, Isis Maria Ward and Ivan Lee Ward; and his close friend John Barnes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
