She was predeceased by: her father James Penter. She is survived by: her husband Edward Allen Cannady; her children, James Cannady, Michael Cannady, Linda Finch and Alexandria Tankersley; her sisters, Cynthia McWhorter and Jamie Penter; and her mother Dorotha Penter. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
