She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Vest and Katherine Bolton Vest; and her son Ronald Patrick Martin. She is survived by: her children, Katrina Davis (Douglas), Earl Thomas Martin (Christina) and Carmon Matthew Martin. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
