She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Pendley; her children, Jimmy Ray Pendley and Jennifer Kay Pendley; her parents, Sandy Wood and Nettie Knight Wood; and her siblings, Paul Wood, Mabel, Nelda Wood and Velma Cundiff.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Chapman (Darrell) of Drakesboro; her grandchildren, Kristy Rainwater (Bryan) of Drakesboro, Jeremy Pendley (Crystal) of White Plains, Erica Pendley Adams of Greenville and Maryanna Moryl (Clint) of Benton; and her daughter-in-law Donna Pendley. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
