He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanita Smith of Canada, KY, Sharon Powell of Elkhorn City, KY, Georgia Case of Mouthcard, KY, Jeanetta Crouch of Mt. Sterling, KY and Diane Reed of Dalton, GA; and his sister Lois Sanders (Ester "Bunnie" Lee) of Regina, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
