He was predeceased by: his parents, David, Jr Weaver and Cindy Wikoff Weaver of Dover, KY.; and his grandparents, David, Sr, Thelma Weaver, Charles and Amber Wikoff.
He is survived by: his sister Valerie Anderson (Matt) of Bloomfield, KY; his niece Arabel Anderson; his aunt Vicki Doyle (Billy); his uncle Dennis Weaver; and his cousins, Jarrod Doyle (Jennifer) and Eric Doyle.
