He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Potter and Macie Cable Potter; his wife Wanda Lee Breeding Potter; his daughter Dewanna Wright; and his brother Ken Potter.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Potter (Darlene) and Selena Jo Wright (Clois); his son-in-law Jeff Wright; his siblings, Lloyd Potter, Jess Potter, Creed Potter, Bobby Potter and Billie Wright; his grandchildren, Brandon, Zach, Zeb, Danielle, Patrick, Savannah and Jeremiah; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Zoey, Silas, Andy, Braxton and Maci.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
