He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Osborne and Lilly Mae Jones Osborne; and his siblings, Robert Lee Osborne, Clara Rowe, Alka Lusher, Helen Phillips, Barbara Baker, Wanda Rowe, Connie Vanover, Irene Walls and Mami Wright.
He is survived by: his sisters, Nadine Osborne Baker of Dorton and Neva Bartley of Penny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Dorton Old Regular Baptist Church (371 Dorton St, Jenkins, KY 41537). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
