He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Osborne and Lilly Mae Jones Osborne; and his siblings, Robert Lee Osborne, Clara Rowe, Alka Lusher, Helen Phillips, Barbara Baker, Wanda Rowe, Connie Vanover, Irene Walls and Mami Wright.
He is survived by: his sisters, Nadine Osborne Baker of Dorton and Neva Bartley of Penny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
