She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnice Cates and Evelyn Allen Cates; her husband Gene Goad; and her son Eric Goad. She is survived by: her children, Anita Catlin (Tim) of Sebree, KY, Bruce of Dixon, KY and Jeff Goad of Dixon, KY; her sisters, Anna Ethel Conrad of North Carolina and Judy Parrish of Hanson, KY; her grandchildren, James Catlin (Amber) and Jayleigh Catlin (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Maddox, Quintin, Zandralee and Royree; and her caregivers, Lisa, Gwen and Cassie.
