He was predeceased by: his son Todd Keith Baty; and his father Tom Edward Baty. He is survived by: his wife Angie Baty of Dixon, KY; his children, Dillon Baty (Hadlee) of Clay, KY and Faith Mitchell (Alex) of Cairo, KY; his mother Anna Ruth Baty of Dixon, KY; his siblings, Billy Baty of Marion, KY, David Baty of Dixon, KY, Donna Rigdon of Marion, KY, Patricia Oates of Dixon, KY and Tammy Stone of Wheatcroft, KY; and his grandson Aaron Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
