He is survived by: his wife Stacey Turner of Dixon, KY; his sons, Terry Turner (Stephanie) of Providence, KY, Steven Turner (Abbey) of Cheshire, OH and Travis Turner of Dixon, KY; his siblings, Cindy Brokenshire (Steven) of Paducah, KY, Lori Newcom of Wheatcroft, KY and Robert Turner (Vanessa) of Wheatcroft, KY; and his grandchildren, Brackston, Braden, Brynlee, Layne and Grayson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
