With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Winstead (Dixon, Kentucky), who passed away on September 10, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Winstead. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Winstead Horschel (Larry) of Dixon, KY; her grandchildren, Michelle Tanksley (Chris) and Travis Horschel (Page); and her great grandchildren, Casey Grace, Hannah Grace, Eli Grace and Evelyn Grace. She is also survived by 1 niece and 1 nephew.
