He is survived by: his wife Linda Bevels of Dixon, KY; his stepdaughters, Kandi Richie (Robert) of Gallatin, TN and Kelly McVay (Heath) of Clay, KY; his sisters, Cecelia Wilkerson of Madisonville, KY and Elaine Hibbs of Earlington, KY; his grandchildren, Chelsey, Dawson, Jacob McVay, Alexys McDaniel, Riley Smith and Sylas Good; and his great grandchild Aurora Souza.
