He was predeceased by: his parents, Helburn Tapp and Ora Lee Todd Tapp; his sister Mary Hammers; and his daughter-in-law Taren Tapp. He is survived by: his wife Patty Tapp of Dixon, KY; his sons, David Tapp (Suzanne) of Dixon, KY and Daniel Tapp (Donna Bruner) of Dixon, KY; his siblings, Sarah Scott of Slaughters, KY, Wanda Duncan (Chester) of Hanson, KY, Judy Dorris (Jimmy) of Robards, KY, Lesa Brahm (Steve) of Huntsville, AL, George Tapp (Shirley) of Dixon, KY and Paul Tapp (Carolyn) of Morganfield, KY; and his granddaughter Danielle Tapp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
