She is survived by: her sons, Norman Winstead Jr. (Darlene) of Dixon, KY, Doris Winstead (Linda) of Louisville, KY, Arnold Ray Winstead (Durene) of Dixon, KY and Roger Winstead (Renee) of Slaughters, KY; and her brother Thurman Carnal of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
