He is survived by: his children, Cindy Dippel (Jim) of Evansville, IN, Connie Kamuf (Todd) of Poole, KY, Gary Myrick (Jane) of Evansville, IN and Larry Grayson of Dixon, KY; his grandchildren, Jarrod Myrick, Lindsay Henderson (Michael), Michael Myrick (Lauren), Amy Myrick, Robert Myrick, Rebecca Myrick, Ryan Myrick, Tammy Major (Tracy), Kandace Kolley (Larry Cardwell), Corbett Kamuf (Michaela) and Keegan Kamuf (Gentry Miley); his daughter-in-law Christy Myrick of Henderson, KY; his caregiver Linda Vaughn of Clay, KY; and his close friends, Durel and Carolyn Carneal of Evansville, IN.. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
