He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Hibbs and Linnie Morrow Hibbs; and his siblings, June Branson, Judith Riggs and Sonny Hibbs.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa Clark Hibbs of Dixon, KY; his children, Kristi Daniel (David), Kati Griffin (Brad) and Mark Hibbs (Katie); his sister Connie Brown; his mother-in-law Melba Clark; his siblings-in-law, Duane Clark, Kenny Riggs and Sandra Hibbs; and his grandchildren, Cameron Hibbs, Olivia McMahon, Owen McMahon, Kaitlin, Brandyn Greenwell, Carstyn, Mikala, TJ Puckett, Ben, Jalyn Puckett, Bradley, Mariana Puckett, McKinlee, Michael, Megan Griffin, Clay, Laura Jo Griffin, Aleigha and Jeremiah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
