He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones Crouse; his brother Mike Crouse; his sons, Jarrod Jones and Jeff Jones (Jessica); his granddaughter Lily Jones; his nieces, Mary Sue Schalk (Matt), Rachel Crouse and Megan Crouse Rucker; his husband Timothy; and his children, Edith, Samuel and James.
