He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Stewart and Anna Lee Stewart Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Stewart of Dixon, KY; his children, Tonya Caine (Darrell) of Clay, KY and Herbert Lee Stewart Jr. (April) of Henderson, KY; and his siblings, Claudette Stewart of Arizona, Robert "Bobby" Stewart of Sebree, KY and Roger Stewart of Clay, KY. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
