He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Allen and Annie Bell Johnston; and his brother Ron Carden. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Carden of Dixon, KY; his daughters, Heather Carden Bentley (Adrian) of Dixon, KY and Michelle Carden Robertson (Chuck) of Dixon, KY; his siblings, Rita Yewell of Dixon, KY, Wanda Gary of Arizona and Ray Carden Jr. of Griffith, IN; and his granddaughters, BriAnna and Brooke Slater. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
