She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Howard Crowley. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Ray Crowley of Newburgh, IN, Richard Dale Crowley of Dixon, KY. and Gary Wayne Crowley of Dixon, KY.; and her sister Yvonne Leslie of Poole, KY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
