She is survived by: her daughter Rita Austin (Waylon) of Dixon, KY; her stepson Robert Blades (Marisel) of Paducah, KY; her brother Paul Edward Hollingsworth of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Brian Brown (Samantha), Ashley Garrett (Heath), Chesley Austin, Drake Austin (Catie), Jennifer Blades, Hannah Crowley (Seth), Isaac Blades, Natalie Blades and Vanessa Blades; and her great grandchildren, Conner Brown, Hudson Garrett, Oaklyn Crowley and Chrissie Blades. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
