He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elliott Harrell of Dixon, KY; his children, Preston Harrell of Poole, KY and Terry Westbrook of Chandler, IN; and his cousin Jerry Sanders of Tarboro, N. C.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
