He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dexter and Maggie Bell Harris. He is survived by: his wife Mary Harris; his daughter Zeean Bumpus (Chris) of Dixon; his siblings, Christine Robinson (Randall) of Meadowview, VA, Curtis Harris (Dorothy) of Hickory, NC and Donald "Nip" Harris (Janice) of Wheatcroft; his grandson Robert "Bo" Hackney III (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Kate.
