She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jimmie and Rev. Donald Cole. She is survived by: her husband Mac Winstead of Dixon, KY; her daughter Dr. Laura Winstead of Dixon, KY; and her brother Dr. Darrell Cole of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
