He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne, Margaret Woodard, Harold Rhodes and Virginia Elam. He is survived by: his parents, Judy Woodard and Alan Woodard of Dixon, KY; his children, Kyree Baumann of Paducah, KY and Landon Baumann of Dixon, KY; his former wife Rachel Baumann of Paducah, KY; and his sisters, Tina Mays (Michael) of Shelbyville, IL and Shelley Freeman (Michael) of Diamond, KY. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
