She was predeceased by: her father Omer Gibson; her husband Rogers Duckworth; and her brothers, Mack and Charlie Gibson. She is survived by: her children, Patty Tapp (Phillip) of Dixon, KY, Janie Murphy (Ken) of Columbia, TN, Reva D. Mitchell of Henderson, KY and Joseph Duckworth of Greenville, KY; her sister-in-law Ovalene Gibson of Poole, KY; her grandchildren, David Tapp (Suzanne), Daniel Tapp, Susan Overton, Margaret Herrmann (Andy), James Porter, Justin Duckworth (Laura), Joshua Duckworth, Nikki Bennett and Michelle Devlin (J. D.); and her caregivers, Cindy Cornwell and Jenny Stone. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
