She is survived by: her husband William Duane Cutteridge; her sons, William Daniel Cutteridge (Barbara) of Dixon, KY and Matthew Duane Cutteridge (Ashley) of Dixon, KY; her parents, Frances Puckett of Henderson, KY and Clifton Puckett of Dixon, KY; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Delyliah, MaKenzie and Everett Duane.
